Yes, you can book a single session with no obligation to return. But therapy is a process and a relationship, so one session rarely achieves significant results. We advise trying three to four sessions before making a decision about therapy and if a therapist is a fit for you. This gives both you and your therapist a better understanding of your issues, and of how therapy might help.
