All our payments are handled by our chosen payment provider, Stripe.

Stripe is PCI compliant which means they meet the highest security for protecting your details, as demanded by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). 

Your card data (card number, CVV code etc) is never disclosed to us or your chosen therapist. Stripe sends us an authorisation token that allows us to charge your card. You can revoke this authorisation at any time.

We use Stripe Connect to send the payment you make directly from your credit or debit card to your chosen therapist's account. As a result, your payment does not go into the Harley Therapy Platform bank account at any time. This provides full compliance with the Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) which came into force on the 13th of January 2018.
