There are a couple of different options available if you'd like to change your appointment.

You can contact your therapist to discuss alternative dates/times using the contact details listed in your Client Dashboard when you log into your account, or you can also find the therapist's contact details in your session confirmation emails. Once a new date/time is agreed upon, the therapist will be able to update the booking for you.

Alternatively, you can log into your account and cancel the original appointment before choosing another time that suits you better and booking again. You don't have to select the same therapist in this case if another therapist offers a more convenient time.

Please note that you can only cancel and change an appointment if it is at least 48 hours before your booked time slot, or if the booking has not yet been confirmed by the therapist.

Please also be aware that therapists may not accept your booking if you repeatedly change time slots.
