Yes - when you first sign up, you will need to verify your email address and phone number. You will then use these details moving forward to request passcodes whenever you wish to sign into your account, so only you can log in to that. 

When creating your account, please ensure you only enter your information under your account.

Please do not share an account with another person - we have information about this here, including a link to instructions if you are looking to book or pay for a session on behalf of another person.  

If your account details have been added to another person's account or vice versa, or if you are unsure if your account has been set up correctly, please contact the team so we can help correct the account information for you.
