How to make a complaint

Complaints about the booking process or software functioning should be directed to the Clinical Director of Harley Therapy, Dr Sheri Jacobson. Please contact us either by email at [email protected] or by post at 10 Harley Street, London W1G 9PF.

We will endeavour to resolve your concern and will normally respond to complaints received via email within 10 working days. 


We have an article here if you are looking to submit a complaint about your therapist.

If you have a complaint about a practitioner’s conduct that you have been unable to resolve to your satisfaction, or that is serious enough that you wish to report it to the practitioner’s professional body, you will find details of the professional body he or she is registered with on their profile page. You can then report the therapist to their professional body directly.

If you are unsure where to find the details of a therapist's professional body or would like any help finding a professional body's complaints process, please contact the team so we can assist with this.

We do also always welcome feedback from clients, including details of complaints so we are aware of any incidents that have occurred and can take action where needed. We will always follow the guidance shared by professional bodies and take action according to any recommendations they share.
