Can I use your service if I am not located in the UK?

Do I have to be based in the UK, or can I access Harley Therapy from abroad?

Yes - clients based outside of the UK are welcome to work with a therapist via the Harley Therapy Platform.

You can meet with one of our online therapists and work together over a video platform such as Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp etc. All of our therapists offering online/video sessions can be found here

Alternatively, some therapists also offer the option of phone consultations (found here), but please be aware that you would be responsible for any call costs, so do check the fees in advance with your provider.

When browsing the search results, the fees shown will update automatically to the local currency where your device appears to be located.

The times shown for each session will also update to your local timezone. You can check which timezone is being shown just underneath the date/time picker in each therapist's profile (highlighted below) :

After you have booked an initial session, please note that your booking confirmation emails will always note the time in GMT/UK-time. You can however always log into

your account to check your session times, as these will update automatically to the local timezone your device is located in.

When booking a session, you may be asked to confirm if you are (or aren't) based in certain countries - this is to ensure that the therapist you have chosen is able to work with clients in your country, as some therapists will have insurance restrictions.

Please contact the team if you need some help finding a therapist who works with clients located in your country.

Not sure what working with an online therapist is like? We have articles here and here regarding online therapy and how this works, as well as an article here about online therapy for kids.
