1. Choose a Therapist

First, go to our search page and narrow down which therapists would be the best fit for you.

Using the Refine Search filters, you can enter the issues you are seeking help with; the dates/times you are available; the location or type of session; who will be attending the session (individual, couple, family, child, supervisee etc.); preferred language etc.

You can also sort the search results by cost, who is next available, ratings etc.

Once you have narrowed down the available therapists, you can browse through the profiles listed, read the information each therapist has added, watch their profile videos and view each therapist's availability to see who would be the best fit for you.

2. Choose a Session Time

Once you have chosen a therapist you feel could be a good fit, you can pick a date/time and location for your initial session from the availability the therapist has added to their profile.

You can also choose who the session is for if the therapist works with multiple client types (individual adult, couple, family, child etc.).

3. Enter Details & Agree to T&Cs

After clicking on the purple "Book Session" button, you will be asked to add some information about what you are seeking help with and the details of the attendee/s.

You can then add a payment card, and review the Terms & Conditions, before completing your booking :

4. Completing your Account Details & Booking Confirmation

Once you have booked a session, you will be directed to your account where you can finish adding your details, and add further information to your self-assessment questionnaire so the therapist can review the details about what you are seeking help with.

The therapist will be asked to log in to their account to review the information you have provided and confirm your booking.

Once the therapist has confirmed your booking, you will be sent a booking confirmation email with the full session details, therapist contact details, and either the address for in-person sessions or the link for online sessions.
