How to register your organisation for PAYG therapy sessions

Getting started with PAYG therapy sessions for your employees

Offering therapy to an employee has never been easier or quicker than with our new Pay As You Go option.

Simply follow the instructions below and with a few clicks, you’ll be able to offer therapy sessions to your employee so they can speak with one of our qualified and accredited therapists, at a time that suits them.

Registering your Organisation

Registration is simple and takes less than five minutes.

First, click here to set up your organisation.

You’ll be taken through a series of quick questions to confirm the company’s name and if your organisation is registered at Companies House :

On the next page, you can choose the website domain you will use to enter your company’s portal eg. yourcompanyname.harleytherapy.com:

Next, choose who has access to your company’s portal. You can choose to only allow access to you and any other Administrators, or you can choose to allow any company member to access the Portal so they would not need to contact you directly when looking to start therapy.

All Administrators will have access to company credit card details, be responsible for generating authorisations for therapy sessions, and be able to see an overview of how many therapy sessions are being accessed.

If choosing the option to give Portal access to any company member, only you will be listed as an Administrator, and all other company members accessing the Portal would only be able to use the authorisations that you have created to book sessions (ie. they can access the authorisation and book sessions without you sending an invite). They will not be able to view payment details or other employees' session information, or be able to create authorisations themselves.

If choosing to give access to Any company member, you will need to add the email addresses that will be allowed to login to your organisation's portal eg. yourcompanyname.com.

Finally, all you will need to do is provide your name, email address and mobile number :

Once your registration is complete, make sure to check your inbox for an email from us confirming your company’s portal has been created with a link to access this.

To log in, simply request a passcode which will be sent to the email address you initially used to sign up to the Platform:

After logging in, you may be asked to verify the phone number stored in the account before proceeding so we can make sure your details are correct:

In your Portal, you will be able to create authorisations to offer therapy sessions to members of your organisation (instructions here).

You can also view accounting and payment information for sessions booked so far, update the payment card details, change your Organisation’s account settings (Organisation name, billing address, VAT number etc.) and add your own branding.
