How do I use a Workplace Voucher for a Follow-up Session?

If your initial session has gone well, and you decide to continue working with your chosen therapist, they will be able to book a follow-up session for you once you have agreed on a date and time together. 

When the therapist books a follow-up session for you, the voucher will apply automatically up to the limits set on that voucher (ie. if your voucher covers 100% of the fee for up to 5 sessions in total, the voucher will roll over automatically for up to 4 follow-up sessions after the initial session).


Once your voucher has been used up, you can continue sessions with your therapist - you would need to either pay for those sessions yourself, or your workplace may be able to share a new voucher code with you. 

If your workplace does share a new voucher code, you can apply this yourself in your account by going to the next session details page, or you can contact the team via the live chat or by emailing [email protected] to share the code so we can apply that to your account for you.
