You can leave a review by logging into your account, and clicking on the person icon on the top right-hand corner of the homepage.

Then click on the therapist's name and click on the Rate and Review link :

Your name will not be shown in the therapist's public profile at all, so this will be kept confidential, and only the therapist will be able to see who has left the review so they can get in touch if any issues are raised.
