Your therapist's phone number and email address can be found in your booking confirmation emails (we have an article here if you cannot spot any emails from us). 

You can also message your therapist via the Platform by logging in to your account, selecting one of the sessions listed in your Dashboard, and clicking the Message my Therapist button.

Alternatively, you can find your therapist's email address and phone number in your Dashboard by logging in to your account and clicking on your therapist's name, as shown in the GIF below :
