The GIF below shows how to update an existing accreditation here in the Accreditations section of your account :
You will need to update your accreditation details every year when this is renewed (or every 2 years for some professional bodies). A notification will appear in your Dashboard if your accreditation is expiring soon so you know when to update the details in your Harley Therapy Profile.
If the expiry date on your accreditation passes without the details being updated, the accreditation will be removed from your Profile and will need to be added back to avoid your Profile being temporarily paused for new bookings.
Adding a New or Additional Accreditation
If you hold multiple accreditations or registrations, you can list each of the professional bodies in your Profile.
To add a new or additional accreditation, you would need to go to the Accreditations section of your Profile here and then click the purple Add an Accreditation button :
Then simply select the professional body you are looking to add, and enter the details including the registration number and current expiry date.
You do not need to upload or share any certificates or documentation from your professional body unless we get in touch to ask you to share further information. We verify each registration and accreditation directly with the professional body, but we will reach out to request further information or check the details entered in your profile are correct if we are having any difficulty verifying these.

My Professional Body is No Longer Listed
If you joined Harley Therapy quite some time ago, and find that your professional body is no longer included in the list above or in the drop-down menu on the Accreditations page, please contact the Harley Therapy team so we can help you to add the details back to your Profile.
In almost all cases, you will be able to continue working via the Platform provided you maintain the registration or accreditation you held when you originally joined, and your work with existing clients will not be interrupted.
