As long as there are still 48 hours or more before your session begins, you can cancel and receive a full refund. You’ll see the button to do so in the session details page in your account (instructions here). 

If you are cancelling because the therapist needs to decline your booking or due to the session not being confirmed, a refund should be issued automatically. Please contact the team so we can arrange this for you if this isn't issued automatically.
