As long as there are still 48 hours or more before your session begins, you can cancel and receive a full refund. You’ll see the button to do so in the session details page in your account.

If you are cancelling as the therapist is unavailable, a refund should be issued automatically. Please contact the team if this isn't issued automatically, so we can arrange this for you.
