If there are still 48 hours or more before your session begins, or if the therapist has not yet confirmed your booking, you can cancel the session in your Client Dashboard and receive a full refund. You’ll see the button to cancel in the session details page in your account (instructions here).
If you are cancelling because the therapist needs to decline your booking or due to the session not being confirmed, a refund should be issued automatically regardless of the 48-hour cancellation policy. Please contact the team so we can arrange this for you if a refund isn't issued automatically.
