If you are a Client looking to stop or pause sessions, please let your therapist know so they are aware to not book any further sessions for you. We have an article here showing where to find your therapist's contact details.
You can also cancel any upcoming bookings in your account (instructions here), and remove your payment card by logging into your account, and then going to the Payment Method tab here.

Deleting Accounts
If you are a Client or a Therapist, and would like to completely delete your account, please send us an email with the request to [email protected].
We will respond to confirm receipt of the request and then action this as soon as possible, usually within a few days.
