When booking an initial session, all clients need to agree to the "Therapist to Client Terms and Conditions" found here.

The Terms & Conditions include information on cancellation policies, client safety, therapist supervision, and confidentiality agreements, but we would recommend reviewing sections 9 (Safety), 11 (Confidentiality) and 15 (Complaints) in particular. If you have further boundaries you would like to highlight to your clients, we would recommend discussing these at the initial session.ย
