The Harley Therapy platform will always show times in the timezone that the device you are using is set to.
So if you visit another country and your phone or laptop is set to the local time, this is the time that you will see in your calendar and on all appointments.
However the first time you visit your calendar in this new location you will be presented with the following dialog:
What this means is that although you are viewing the calendar in your local timezone, your working hours are tied to a different one. If the relationship between the two timezones changes during the year this means that your working times may vary on a week to week basis in this new timezone.
Note in general you should not select Move my working times unless you are actually moving to this timezone permanently.
If you are planning on staying in this timezone you can Move your working times which will convert the times from the existing timezone to the new one based on the current difference between the timezones. In the above example a working time from 13:00 to 17:00 in the UK would move to a working time from 08:00 to 12:00 in New York (or 09:00 to 13:00 at some times of the year).
Anchoring working times to a timezone is required to manage changes in daylight savings time that occur at varying times around the world.
If you are just in that location temporarily you can click on Ignore, but if you then wish to edit your working hours they will be shown in your anchor timezone with a warning, e.g. if your timezone was set to New York and you were viewing in the UK the times you would still edit them in the New York timezone.
When viewing your working times in another timezone your working times may vary from week to week if the timezone you are located in does not have daylight savings time changes aligned to your normal time zone.
