Can I charge a different session fee for specific clients without changing my advertised session rates?
Yes. You can set a custom fee for each of your clients on their relationship details page.
1. Find the client you would like to modify your session fee for in your clients tab. When you click on their name, you will be taken to their client details page, as below :
2. Click on the Relationships tab on the left-hand side of the page, and then select the relationship where you wish to change the fee :
3. On the relationship details page, you can modify the fee to anything from £1 upwards by clicking on the Modify button, and then Save once you have added the fee you wish to charge :
Please note: the custom fee you set for any client will affect sessions created AFTER you have made this change. This change will not affect sessions booked or attended in the past.
For example, if you have already booked a future session for your client next week, the fee you had live in your account at the time your created that session will have been charged to the client. In this case, you will need to cancel and recreate the future session to charge your custom fee.
I need to set up a new session for an NHS worker who received a free session
No problem.
At present, any custom fees for a client must be £1 or above. Therefore, you will need any client who received a free support session previously to enter their credit card details before you can create another session for them.
To do this, follow the same steps as above to create a custom fee for your client. Then simply ask your client to log in to their account and add a credit card - or send your client this link. Once this is done, you can create a new session in the usual way.
Because NHS workers did not input credit card details to receive free sessions, they will need to add their credit card information now for you to be able to create a follow-up session for them.
