To add Zoom as an option for clients to book, first go to the Locations section of your Profile here, click the 'Add Location' button and select the Zoom option.
You will then be asked to enter a URL for your Zoom Meeting Room :
The quickest way to find the correct URL in your Zoom account is to log in to your Zoom account and go to https://zoom.us/profile.
In the Profile section, scroll down until you see the 'Meeting' subheading, and then click on the closed eye icon shown next to the Personal Meeting ID (do not copy the PMI) :
After you have clicked the eye icon, you will see the full unblocked URL underneath without any asterisks blocking out the URL.
Please do not save any URLs with asterisks, or add any additional text or information such as the meeting ID, as this would result in clients receiving an error when they try to click on the link for the Zoom meeting in their booking confirmation emails.
Copy the unblocked URL (highlighted below) and paste this into the "Your Zoom Meet Me URL" text box in your Harley account :
Once done, click the 'Create' button in the top-right-hand corner to save the location :
Please also review the Settings tab in your Zoom account to ensure you have the Waiting Room feature switched on.
This means when clients click the Zoom link, you will be asked to admit them into the meeting before they can join, and avoids anyone inadvertently joining another client's session if they are testing the link works prior to their session :
