Usually, if you agree on a date for your next session with your therapist, they will book the session for you. A confirmation email will be sent once the session is booked.
For follow-up sessions booked by your therapist, the payment will be processed automatically 48 hours before the session start time from the payment card stored in your account. You can update your payment card at any time in the Payment Method section of Your Account.
You can also cancel your session at any time by logging into Your Account and going to the session details page. As long as you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, you will not be charged for your session.
If you have any issues cancelling a session, please contact the team so we can update your booking for you.

Please note that booking a follow-up session yourself will process a payment immediately. If you cancel a paid session with more than 48 hours' notice, a refund will be issued (please contact the team if this does not happen automatically).
