You can find your client's home address, date of birth, and gender in the client's page.

First, select your client's name in your Clients list, then click on the Details tab in the client's page. You will then be shown their details. The client's contact details will also appear at the top of the page, just underneath the client's name 

If the details are not yet listed, this means that the client has not yet completed their self-assessment questionnaire. We have further information about this here. If it is very soon after the client made their booking, they may need a few minutes to start adding further information to their account. 

The client will be asked to share their GP details when completing their self-assessment questionnaire and to provide consent for you to contact their GP.

If a client declines to share this information or to provide consent, we would recommend contacting them directly, or discussing in the initial session, so you can outline the rare circumstances where you may need to reach out to their GP, as often this will reassure clients regarding how these details would be used. 

It is the client's decision however if they ultimately do not wish for their GP details to be made available, or if they do not consent for their GP to be contacted.
