The See You Again Badge aims to highlight the therapists where most new clients return for follow-up sessions and form successful ongoing therapeutic relationships.
This badge looks at how many clients continue follow-up sessions and how many drop out, and then compares this to the total number of new client bookings received over the last 30-90 days.
A client will need to attend at least 3 sessions to count as a returning client for this badge. There is a 30-day delay before new clients count towards this badge to give enough time for them to start follow-up sessions.
The See You Again Badge may drop off your profile if :
Fewer new clients continue ongoing sessions compared to the number of new clients who drop out after 1 or 2 sessions.
You have not received any new client bookings in the last 30-90 days.
