Most of the badges added to therapists’ Profiles are not permanent and will drop off your Profile from time to time. This may be because you have fallen below the target for the badge, or because you have not received any new clients within the timeframe required for certain badges.

Sometimes badges will also drop off due to circumstances which feel unfair, but unfortunately, as the badges are based on the information available on the system, they cannot always take into account real-life situations such as needing to hear back from a client before confirming a booking or being asleep when a new client books a session for the Speedy Response badge to give a couple of examples.

As long as you work well with clients, the badges will be added back to your Profile in time however, so it’s nothing to be too anxious or concerned about if you do lose a badge.

We also would always recommend and ask that therapists prioritise client care over profile badges being affected, as this would benefit both you and the client more in the longer term.
