Do Couples and Family Clients have their own Questionnaires?

Each attendee will have access to their own self-assessment questionnaire. 

A link to the self-assessment questionnaire is included in the booking emails sent to each attendee added to a booking, or clients can log in directly on our website and access the self-assessment questionnaire in their Dashboard.

Previously, for clients who booked prior to June 2026, the very first question was shared between attendees, which was noted on the booking page just below where the client enters the initial information about what they are seeking help with, with the rest of the self-assessment questions remaining private and unique to each attendee. 


If an attendee does not have an email address or mobile number listed in their account, we would need these details to be shared with the team so we can update their accounts for them, so they can log in, complete their assessment, and be sent booking notifications.

If any attendees are sharing a device, they will need to log out of their account before any other attendee attempts to enter their own separate account, or attempts to click on any links. This avoids errors popping up and means clients can keep their self-assessment responses private.
