If you need to rearrange a session after the session start time has already passed, please contact the team so we can update that for you. 

Please share the client's name, the original session date/time, the reason for rearranging, and the new date/time you have agreed on with the client so we can update the booking accordingly.

Rearranging the session will carry the payment to the new date so the client will not be charged again. 

Please note we cannot rearrange any sessions that have already been refunded. If you want to offer a complimentary session to a client free of charge, please let the team know so we can book this for you.
