If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, the therapist will not have enough notice to be able to fill the slot that was reserved for you. 

The therapist needs to be reimbursed for their time, as well as any costs they have incurred in reserving a slot for you, such as room rental fees, travel costs etc.

If you know that you will not be able to make a session, please let your therapist know as soon as possible, or you can cancel any scheduled sessions in your Client Dashboard. If you cancel a follow-up session with more than 48 hours' notice, you will not be charged for that booking.
