How can I tell what type of therapy I need?

Our site is designed to give you recommendations on what therapy could work best for you.

On our main search page, simply select the issues you’d like to work on, and any other preferences you may have such as the gender of the therapist, cost of sessions, online sessions vs in-person sessions etc. to narrow down which therapists would be a good fit for you. We have more info here on how to find a therapist and book an initial session. 

If you’d like to do further research, we also have articles here and here if you would like to explore the different types of therapy available.

It's also always worth remembering that on Harley Therapy, we offer a guarantee, so if you meet with a therapist for an initial session, but they ultimately do not feel like the best fit for you, we will offer to cover the cost of an initial session with a different therapist.
