You should inform your client that as part of your arrangement with Harley Therapy, you are obligated to process their bookings and payments through the platform.

Making a private arrangement to take payments from or meet with clients that were initially referred to you via the Harley Therapy Platform will result in your account with us being suspended, as this goes against the Terms & Conditions for Therapists agreed to when joining the Platform.

If a client is experiencing issues submitting a payment for a session, please contact the team (or ask the client to contact the team), so we can advise. Please note what issue the client is encountering, including any error messages etc. 

If a payment for a follow-up session booked via Harley Therapy fails, the reason for payment failure will be noted in the email and SMS sent to the client informing them of the payment failure. We have more information about payment failures in this article.
