I suddenly can't access my profile. Why won't my login details work?

If you can't access your profile, you can try a few different things such as refreshing your browser, or possibly trying in a different browser (if this allows you to access your account, we'd suggest clearing cookies/browsing data in the original browser).

You will need to reset your password if incorrect details are being entered and you cannot remember the correct password.

If you are receiving a message regarding an Unsupported Browser, you will need to either update your browser or use a different up-to-date browser.

Clicking on the link to Browse Happy will bring up a page where you can download the most recent versions of the most popular browsers. Please note if you are using an older device, you may not be able to update your browser to a more recent version - in this situation, please use a newer device.

It is very important to ensure you keep your devices and browsers up to date to avoid issues with security, and to make sure you are keeping client information secure.

Lastly, please check if you are logging in as a therapist, and not as a client

You can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of the page to click the option to Logout, before going back to the Login page and making sure to click the 'Login as a Therapist' option if you are on the Client Login page :

Otherwise, we are available to help with any technical issues at [email protected]. Please include information on the issue you are experiencing, and any errors appearing so we can then advise.
