If you can't access your profile, you can try a few different things such as refreshing your browser, or possibly trying in a different browser (if this allows you to access your account, we'd suggest clearing cookies/browsing data in the original browser).
You will need to reset your password if incorrect details are being entered.
Lastly, please check if you are logging in as a therapist, and not as a client. You can do this by scrolling down to the bottom of the page to click the option to Logout, before going back to the Login page and making sure to click the 'Login as a Therapist' option if you are on the Client Login page :
