I received an invite from my therapist, what do I need to do?

What to do next after you receive an invite to Harley Therapy

If your therapist invites you to the Harley Therapy platform, you'll receive an email invite similar to the example below :

To accept the invite simply click on the link in the email and your invitation will be accepted :

You then need to confirm your first and last name, your date of birth, gender and communication preferences, before clicking Save Changes.

So your therapist can book sessions for you, you will need to ensure you have a valid credit card on file. The next screen you see will ask for these details :

Enter your details (card number, expiry date, CVC number from the back of the card and your billing postcode) and click on Save Changes.

You can re-access this page later by logging into your account, and then going to the Payment Method tab here.

You can also edit your mobile number and email address in the Edit Profile tab here.


Once you've completed your profile, your therapist will then be able to arrange your first session and you'll receive an email confirmation when they have done this.

Now all future sessions can be managed through Harley Therapy and you will be automatically charged 48 hours before a booked session commences. If for some reason your card payment fails you'll be notified and will have the chance to update your details before your session starts.

Error Messages

If you receive any errors, you can contact the team for help with these.

Please note that once you have accepted the invite, the link in the original invite email will become invalid. To access your account, you can login here using your email address (or mobile number if you have added this already).


If you need help with merging 2 accounts, you can contact the team via the live chat or by emailing [email protected] so we can resolve this for you. Please make sure to note both your mobile number and email address (or addresses) so we can locate the accounts. 

You can also try logging out of the account you are currently logged into (link to log out at the bottom of the website), before logging back into the other account to try the merge process from that account instead, as this will often resolve the issue.
