Why can't I find my client's name in my Clients list?

Usually, if a client is not appearing in your Clients list, this means that the Relationship has previously been marked as ended.

This can be done in error (marking the Relationship as ended by accident when completing an attendance update for a no-show for example), or a client may select the option to end the Relationship when cancelling a follow-up session in their Client Dashboard. Alternatively, if a past client returns and books a new follow-up session themselves, this will not automatically restart the relationship.

In either case, you would need to follow the instructions below to locate the client and restart the relationship.

If a client does not appear in your Clients list, please select the tickbox at the top of the page to Include Inactive Clients :

Previous clients will now appear in your Clients list again, so you can scroll down and locate the client.

If you want to Restart a Relationship, or if you just need to take a look at a previous client's page, click on the client's name to access their page, and then click the Relationships tab so you can select the relationship itself (Individual, Couples, Family etc.).

After clicking on the relationship, you will then be able to select the option to Restart this Relationship on the next page shown :

We have more general information about ending relationships with clients here.
