If you are looking to invite a client onto the Platform or create a relationship where someone else will be paying for the Attendee's sessions on their behalf, you will need to first send an invite to the person who will be paying for the sessions ("the Organiser").

Please ensure the invite is sent to the email address of the Organiser who will be paying for the sessions, and ensure the first and last name entered is that of the Organiser as well. Entering the Attendee's details at this stage will create errors, so please avoid this where possible.

We have instructions here explaining how to send an invite, as well as an article here showing the invite process from the client's perspective.

Once the Organiser who will be paying for sessions has accepted the invite and added a payment card to their account, their name will now appear in your Clients list.

The Harley Therapy Team will then need to complete the rest of the process for you so the Attendee can be added to the relationship - please contact the team via email at [email protected] to request we migrate the Relationship to a 3rd Party Relationship. Please share the name of the Organiser, the first and last name of the Attendee, and the Attendee's email address and mobile number. We will then be able to get that updated for you.
