If there are any issues with a therapist's Stripe account, then Stripe may need to temporarily disable payouts and/or payments in the therapist's Stripe account until the issue has been resolved.
We need to pause therapists' Harley Therapy accounts if this occurs, as there is no way for therapists to receive session fees without a Stripe account enabled, and clients will receive errors when trying to book sessions, as well as payment failure messages for upcoming scheduled sessions.
Stripe will email therapists if there is an issue, or if they require any information from the therapist before they disable any accounts - we would recommend searching your inbox and junk/promotions/other folders for any emails from Stripe in the first instance.

If your Stripe payouts or payments have been disabled, we will also email to let you know as soon as Stripe notifies us of the issue, and we will share some further information regarding the issue, as well as how to reactivate your Harley Therapy account once the issue with your Stripe account is resolved.
