The Terms & Conditions for Clients using voucher codes are the same as for clients who pay for sessions themselves. The full Terms & Conditions agreed to when booking an initial session can be found here.

Our terms require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rearrangements. This is to try to ensure that therapists have sufficient time to fill your timeslot if you are not planning to attend your session.


For any sessions cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice, these will be classed as 'completed sessions' and will use up one of the sessions your voucher covers, unless the therapist chooses to make an exception (you would need to contact your therapist directly to discuss if this is possible).

If you spot that a session has been classed as a completed session incorrectly, or if a voucher has not automatically detached itself from a booking cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice as it should have done, please contact us via the live chat or by emailing [email protected] so we can get that resolved for you.


To rearrange a session, you can contact your therapist to request this, either by using the "Message your Therapist" button on the session details page in your account, or by contacting the therapist directly using the contact details listed in your confirmation emails and your Client Dashboard. 

To cancel a session, we recommend using the Cancel Session button in your Dashboard (instructions here), especially if it is close to 48 hours before your session start time, but you can also contact your therapist directly to request that they cancel or rearrange the booking in their account for you if you prefer.
