How can I rearrange my upcoming session?

Changing or rearranging my appointment time

There are a couple of different options available if you'd like to change your appointment.

The simplest option is to contact your therapist to discuss availability. Once you agree on a new date and/or time with the therapist, they will be able to update your booking for you.

Your therapist's phone number and email address are noted in your booking confirmation emails, or you can also find their contact details in your Client Dashboard by following the steps in the GIF below :

You can also message your therapist via the Platform by selecting one of your upcoming sessions and clicking the Message My Therapist button on the session details page. 


Alternatively, you can log into your account and cancel the original appointment before booking another time that suits you better. We have instructions on how to cancel a session here

Please note that you can only cancel and change an appointment if it is at least 48 hours before your booked time slot, or if the booking has not yet been confirmed by the therapist.

Please also be aware that therapists may not accept your booking if you repeatedly change time slots or cancel bookings.


Our cancellation and rearrangement policies (found here) require at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged for your session as noted in the Terms & Conditions for Clients (found here) agreed to when booking your initial session.

Please contact your therapist to discuss if you wish to request that an exception to the cancellation policy is made, as we cannot issue any refunds outside of the 48-hour cancellation policy without the therapist's authorisation.
