How do I view the availability being shown to Clients in my public profile?
How do I view the availability being shown to Clients in my public profile?

There are a couple of different ways to view the availability that is being shown to new clients in your public profile.

You can log out of your therapist account and then go to your public profile if you'd like to see exactly what is being shown to new clients. 

Alternatively, we would recommend using the Bookable Slots option on the left-hand side of the Calendar page in your Therapist account : 

Clicking on the Bookable Slots option will bring up a calendar view similar to the example shown below :

Each green block represents a session time currently being offered to clients in your public profile and to your existing clients in their Client Dashboards.

Clicking on a green block will bring up the details of the slot being offered including the session start time, the date and the various location options being offered :

If you spot any errors while in the Bookable Slots view, you can switch back to edit your availability by clicking on the Edit Availability option to the left-hand side of the page (next to where it says Bookable Slots).
