If any clients would like to leave a review in your Profile, we recommend sharing this article with them, or there are also instructions available if they log in to their account.

Clients are sent emails letting them know they can leave a review after their first session, and a few sessions later, but these aren't always received and can be diverted out of the main inbox/into the junk folder.
