The Speedy Response Badge aims to highlight the therapists who respond most promptly to new client bookings.
The badge looks at new client bookings received over the last 60 days. The target is to confirm bookings from new clients in less than 60 minutes on average. This means you should be able to confirm some bookings quickly while taking longer to confirm others (if you are busy in sessions for example).
The Speedy Response Badge may drop off your profile if :
If your average time to confirm new clients' initial sessions is over 60 minutes.
You have not received any new client bookings in the last 60 days.
If the badge drops off your Profile, it will be added back in due course provided you confirm your next new client bookings relatively speedily. We would also recommend the Why have I lost a Profile badge? article here.
