1. Choose a Therapist

Clients accessing the Harley Therapy Platform to find a therapist will use our search page to narrow down which therapists would be the best fit for them.

Using the search filters, clients can enter different options such as the issues they are seeking help with; the type of therapy they are looking for; specific dates/times they are available; location or type of session; who will be attending the session (individual, couple, family, child, supervisee etc.); specific registrations/accreditations the therapist holds; languages spoken etc.

Clients can also sort the search results by cost, who is next available, ratings etc.

Once the client has narrowed down the available therapists, they can browse through the profiles listed, read the information each therapist has added, watch their profile videos and view each therapist's availability to see who would be the best fit for them.

2. Choose a Session Time

Once the client has chosen a therapist they feel would be a good fit for their needs, the client will pick a date/time and location for their initial session from the availability the therapist has added to their profile via the Calendar in their account, and choose who the session is for if the therapist works with multiple client types (individual adult, couple, family, child etc.) :

3. Enter Details & Agree to T&Cs

The client will be asked to add some information about what they are seeking help with (the first question of the self-assessment questionnaire) and the details of the attendee/s.

They will then be asked to add a payment card and to agree to the Terms & Conditions to allow the client to complete their booking :

Once the client has paid for the initial session, the therapist will be notified via email (and via SMS if the therapist has opted in to receive important alerts via SMS), while the client will be directed to their self-assessment questionnaire so they can add further information for the therapist to review.

We have information available here on what to do when you receive a new client.
