What to do if an existing client appears as a new client

When checking the session details page, if it appears that the 100% commission for initial sessions has been charged on a booking made by an existing client, this is usually because the client has either created a new account or a new relationship when booking a session via your public profile as a new client would.

If this happens, please contact the team so we can look into this for you.


To avoid this scenario, we recommend therapists book follow-up sessions for clients, as this ensures that sessions are booked under the same account and relationship. 

If a client wants to book their own follow-up sessions, we would recommend sharing this article with them which shows how to book a follow-up session via their Client Dashboard, or there are also instructions available via the live chat in the client's account.
