If you have saved an in-person address in the Locations section of your Profile, but have not yet assigned this to any working times in your Calendar, you won't have any in-person sessions available for new clients to book.

How to offer in-person sessions
There are a couple of ways to add the in-person location to your availability. We'd recommend the first option (below) in most scenarios.
If you have already saved the address in the Locations section of your Profile, then we would recommend going to your Calendar so you can click on the working times (white blocks) when you will be available to meet clients in person, and then click on the pencil icon in the pop-up to edit :
You will then be able to select the in-person location where you will be available at that time, and then click the Save button :
Please ensure you only select 1 in-person location per working time, to avoid inaccurate availability being shown to clients.
If you only have a few working times added to your Calendar, and you know for certain that you will be available in-person for each of those times, then an alternative option is to go to the Locations section of your Profile.
You can then click on the in-person location to bring up the location details pop-up, click on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner, and then select the option in the menu shown to Add to all working times... :
Please only use this option if you are 100% sure that you will be available in-person for all of the times currently available in your Calendar.
We would ask that you review your Calendar when using this option just in case there are any working times that would need adjusting to avoid any sessions being offered to new clients when you are not actually available to meet.
