Closing or temporarily pausing your therapist profile

No. You can close your account or request for it to be fully deleted at any time without a penalty or fee. 

If you are closing or fully deleting your account, we would ask that you finish work with all of your current clients prior to closing your account.


If you are fully booked or taking a temporary break from client work, please pause your account or remove your availability to prevent bookings from new clients. We have an article about the different options available in your account here

Please inform your existing clients if you will be unavailable to meet with them for any period of time, and ensure suitable resources are offered if they require support while you are unavailable.

If you will be unavailable to meet with existing clients for an extended period of time, you can also contact the Harley Therapy team to let us know if any ongoing clients would benefit from meeting with a different therapist. This also means we can help support you on your return to the Platform and offer advice on managing your account where needed.
