How does the star ratings system work?

Each time a client leaves a review for you, they are asked to choose a star rating between 1* - 5*. The rating shown in your Profile is an average of all of the ratings your clients have left for you over time, and will increase or decrease each time a client adds a new review and rating.

We have more information here about client reviews, as well as an article here about how to increase your star ratings.

Clients are contacted after their initial session and a few sessions later to ask if they would like to share any feedback about their experience working with their therapist.

All clients can also log in to leave a review in their account at any time after booking their initial session - this includes attendees (including both partners in each couple, and all members of a Family or Group), as well as clients who organise sessions on behalf of others as the booking and confirmation process is an important part of the client experience.

We allow all of the clients using the Harley Therapy Platform to post reviews to help maintain the highest standards of quality amongst the group of therapists using our platform and to fulfil our commitment to helping new clients make informed decisions about the therapy that they choose to embark on.

As part of Harley Therapy Platform’s policy, therapists are prohibited from soliciting reviews from clients.
