How does the star ratings system work?

Therapist star ratings are based directly on verified clients’ feedback. The rating shown in your Profile is an average of all of the ratings your clients have left for you over time.

Clients are contacted after their initial session and a few sessions later to ask if they would like to share any feedback about their experience working with their therapist.

All clients can also log in to leave a review in their account at any time - this includes attendees (including both partners in each couple, and all members of a Family or Group), as well as clients who organise sessions on behalf of others.

We allow all of the clients using the Harley Therapy Platform to post reviews to help maintain the highest standards of quality amongst the group of therapists using our platform and to fulfil our commitment to helping new clients make informed decisions about the therapy that they choose to embark on.

We have more information here about how clients leave ratings and reviews, and an article here about increasing your star ratings.

As part of Harley Therapy Platform’s policy, therapists are prohibited from soliciting reviews from clients.
