By working to the best of your ability. Clients will normally reflect this in feedback, and you should not do anything to influence a client's ratings, or to solicit positive feedback.
Any client who meets with you via Harley Therapy Platform can leave ratings and reviews, including clients who are invited onto the Platform.
As each client leaves a review, they are asked to add a rating out of a maximum of 5 stars. Each client who leaves a higher star rating will increase your overall rating over time, as this is an average of all of the ratings you have received while working on Harley Therapy.
