All payments are handled electronically. To join the platform you need to create a Stripe account (stripe.com) as part of the application process.
Stripe will validate your identity as well as connect and validate your bank account. You can manage the frequency of payouts from your Stripe account to your bank account in the Stripe dashboard. We have more information about Stripe here.
To view payout details, log in to your Stripe Dashboard, navigate to the 'Payouts' section, and click on a specific payout to see detailed information, including the list of individual payments included.
All payments taken from clients will be transferred to your Stripe account with Harley Therapy Platform's commission already deducted. For initial sessions, a 100% commission applies, meaning therapists do not receive a payout for the client’s first session. For follow-up sessions, a 12% commission (10% + VAT) is deducted from the session fee.
Using our Platform means no more worries about invoicing, collecting, and tracking client payments. We also issue automatic receipts to clients. You will still have full access to your client's billing history should you need to check anything out.

Stripe is the only payment system we use, so you will need to create a Stripe account to be able to join Harley Therapy Platform as a therapist.
