You do not need to give any notice to leave, and there are no fees for closing your account. We do however ask that you finish working with all of your current clients prior to closing your account. 

If you are fully booked or taking a temporary break from client work, you can either pause your account or remove your availability to prevent bookings from being received. 

Your profile will only be displayed if you have availability, so if you delete your working times from your Calendar or pause your account, your profile will no longer appear in the search results and it will not be possible for new clients to book sessions with you. 

If you would like to fully delete your account, please email us at [email protected] from the email address you use to login to your Harley Therapy account. We will respond to confirm receipt of the request and then action this as soon as possible.
