You do not need to give any notice to leave, and there are no fees for closing your account. We do however ask that you finish working with all of your current clients prior to closing your account.
If you would like to fully delete your account, please email [email protected] from the email address you use to log in to your Harley Therapy account. We will respond to confirm receipt of the request and then action this as soon as possible (usually within a few working days at most).
If you are fully booked or taking a temporary break from client work, you can either pause your account or remove your availability to prevent bookings from being received.
Your profile will only be advertised to new clients if you have availability, so if you delete your working times from your Calendar or pause your account, your profile will no longer appear in the search results and it will not be possible for new clients to book sessions with you (if you pause your account, existing clients will still be able to book sessions so you will need to continue to update your availability for those clients).
