You can pause your Profile at any time in the Status section of your account here.
Pausing your account means that new clients will not be able to book initial sessions with you, and your Profile will not appear in the search results on the Platform.
Your existing clients will still be able to book sessions with you via their Client Dashboards unless you remove or block out your availability in your Calendar. You will also still be able to book sessions for your existing clients in your Dashboard as usual.
To unpause your account and reactivate your Profile, you will need to contact the team.
Please ensure your availability is updated and accurate beforehand, as well as the rest of the information in your Profile such as your bio, accreditations, fees etc.
