How to book follow-up sessions if my client is using a voucher?

If a client has mentioned that they are booking follow-up sessions using a voucher provided by their workplace, you don't need to do anything differently.

The voucher will apply automatically to any follow-up sessions booked by you up to the limits on the voucher. For example, if a client's voucher covers 100% of the session fee for up to 6 sessions, you will be able to book 5 follow-up sessions where the voucher will attach itself automatically.

After this, the client will need to either add a payment card to their account to pay for further follow-up sessions or request a new voucher from their workplace. The client can contact the team if they need any advice, or we have some articles for clients using vouchers here

You will not see any differences regarding payments. When a voucher is used, Harley Therapy Platform covers the transfer to the therapist's Stripe account, meaning the therapist will always be paid as usual 48 hours before the session start time.

The standard 48-hour cancellation and rearrangement policy also still applies.
