The Smooth Schedule Badge aims to highlight the therapists whose availability is kept up to date.
The badge looks at new client bookings received over the last 60 days, and how many of these went ahead at the time (and location) originally booked by the client vs how many were rearranged or cancelled due to the therapist being unavailable.
If you have not cancelled or rearranged any clients' initial sessions that were booked within the last 60 days, then this badge will be added to your profile.
The Smooth Schedule Badge may drop off your profile if :
If you have cancelled, rearranged or not confirmed any new clients' initial sessions within the last 60 days.
You have not received any new bookings in the last 60 days.
If the badge drops off your Profile, it will be added back in due course provided you avoid cancelling or rearranging further initial sessions booked by clients. We would also recommend the Why have I lost a Profile badge? article here.
