If a client wants to continue working with you, there are a few different ways to book a follow-up session for them.

The quickest way to book a follow-up session is during the attendance update that will appear in your Dashboard after each client's session.

The attendance update (shown below) will ask you to confirm if the client attended; if they want to rebook (for the same time next week or for a different day/time); and if you want to reserve an ongoing slot for them :

If a client does not attend a session, you will be given the option to issue a refund during the attendance update if you wish to do so.

You can also book sessions outside of the attendance update (or for a client you have invited onto the Platform) by following the steps shown in the GIF below :

If you are looking to book a follow-up session for a client who you have multiple relationships with (for example, you work with them for both individual sessions and couple sessions), you can select the Relationships tab on the left-hand side of the client's page and select the correct relationship (Individual Adult, Couple, Family etc.). You will then be shown the option to create a session on the next page shown.

If you already have a reserved slot in place for a client, you can also book a session for them in your Calendar by clicking on the reserved slot, clicking on the 3 dots in the top-right-hand corner of the pop-up, and selecting the option to create a session for the date you have clicked on.

We have an article showing this option here.

If you book a follow-up session for a client, the payment will be processed automatically 48 hours before the session start time from the card stored in the client's account. If the session is less than 48 hours away, the payment will be attempted immediately.
