This would depend on the reason your account is not currently live. If you have previously been contacted by Harley Therapy regarding your Profile being paused, the reason should be included in any correspondence about this.
The most common reasons for profiles being paused by the team are accreditations or availability not being correct or updated when requested, but we would recommend reviewing any correspondence from us in the first instance to ensure any requested updates have been made or to check if there are any other issues related to your account.
If you have been notified of any issues with your Stripe account, either by the Stripe team or the Harley Therapy team, those issues will need to be resolved prior to your account being reactivated. If your Stripe payouts or payments have been deactivated, this will automatically pause your Harley Therapy account to avoid clients receiving errors when trying to submit payments and book sessions. If you contact the team once you have updated the details requested, we can then reactivate your account (or let you know why your Profile has been paused if you are unsure).
